How to place a Order

1. Select your item and choose your size.
2. In the customization box, clearly describe your design details including:
   • Specific colors
   • Any minor changes to the product photo
   • Lace preference (rope laces, regular laces, or etc )
   • Please be as detailed as possible to ensure your design is completed accurately

Design Approval Process

All design details will be reviewed before production begins. If necessary, a sketch for confirmation of your design will be provided.

Once the design is confirmed and production has started, no changes can be made.

Turnaround Time 

Custom orders typically take 2–5 weeks to complete depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.
