How It Works

1. Choose Your Product

Browse the store and select the custom item you would like to order. Each product displays the base design that will be used for your item.

 

2. Enter Your Customization Details

Each product page includes a customization box where you can enter personalization details for your order.

The design shown in the product photos is the base design that will be used. The customization box is for small personal touches, such as:

• Changing a name or word

• Requesting a different lace style (ex: regular laces)

• Changing lace colors

• Small color adjustments

Please note that the overall design of the item will remain the same as the product shown, with only the requested personalization added.

If you are looking for a completely different design, please submit a custom order request.

 

3. Place Your Order

After entering your customization details, add the item to your cart and complete checkout as normal.

Please make sure all spelling and customization details are correct before submitting your order.

 

4. Design & Production

Once your order is placed, your custom item will begin the design and creation process. Each item is handmade and carefully crafted.

If design approval is required for your order, you will be contacted before production begins.

 

5. Shipping

After your order is completed, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order ships, depending on the carrier.

Please note that shipping time is separate from the production turnaround time.
